They've approached OIBC many times, and I'm sure other local business as well.
They've approached us with a claim that our toner prices are increased and that we were not made aware by our provider.
They will claim that they have price-frozen toners for you, at the previous "low" price, and you need to sign something for them now in order claim that price.
All this sounds reasonable, except that our toner is included in our equipment lease agreement. I contacted our provider, and they have told us that it is happening a lot recently. So beware!
